One more aspect of contemporary life that can gravely drain our energy levels is stress and anxiety. The cause of this may make it easier or tougher to get over hinging on what the reason is. Just remember that you can often reduce your stress by altering how you react to different situations. Making diet and fitness changes can oftentimes help with this and learning to meditate or relax with yoga can be another good step.
Hence, by committing to change some aspects of your life, you can begin experiencing increased energy and a more satisfactory life.

I liked the book initially, but it lost it’s luster about 3/4 of the way through. I felt for Ali at first. She is grasping at wondering where her life went when her you Betsy leaves for college. Her identity is wrapped up in her family and after the nest is empty she is unsure who she is. This creeps into her marriage and she feels the need to leave.
My problem over chagrin d amour was that her husband was completely likable and she was lucky to have him I found her to be whiny and ungrateful. The more selfish I watched her become the more difficulty I had continuing the read. I thought Mac deserved better. So I abandonded the book. Read the excerpt of the next book and surprisingly want to read it.
Loved the story of Ali and Mac from Eternity Springs. I wasnt sure this one could be as good as the previous 2 in the series but I was wrong. If you love a feel good romance this is for you.
I purchased this book because of the 5 star reviews and while this is an easy read it did nothing to make me feel. I did not care about the main character Ali or her husband Mac. In fact I got tired of hearing about Ali and how she gave up everything for her kids and husband. How lucky this woman was to have a great husband and family. So much more could have been done with Mac the husband and his past. I failed to see why all the great reviews or why it was loved so much. I do think Emily March is a great writer because she writes very current and real but I did not feel any heartache for any of the characters. If you just want fluff and and an easy read this is perfect.
